Success conducted a review of financial products the client was considering for web commerce. Early participation allowed Success to identify costs as well as risks and benefits and to suggest a course of action and checkpoints for proceeding, allowing the client to manage the project themselves.

Project Recovery

A client seeking investment had promised a working prototype. During a planning engagement it was discovered that the project was not as advertised: it was behind, over budget, and not functioning. Success was subsequently contracted to deliver a robust-functioning prototype within six weeks – in time to demonstrate to prospective investors.
