Post Implementation Review

A client had a semi-home grown application that was widely but ineffectively used through their organization. Members of the “development” team had personal interests in the product and considered it successful. The users of the application were ready to revolt. The review identified shortcomings in the product, but also determined that a lack of training, communications and standardized business processes contributed to the difficulties.
