Encorp Pacific (Canada)

Encorp Pacific (Canada) was formed in 1994 to provide stewardship management of used beverage containers for the beverage manufacturers in British Columbia. Encorp does not directly handle any materials.

Success conducted the initial workshops and created the first logical data and process models for Encorp Pacific. An interim build was completed in three weeks to enable initial data collection and simple payment calculation. Based on the original designs, Success developed and implemented applications that now include: receipt of electronic shipment information from Depots as a basis for EFT payments of depots and transporters, Quality Assurance tracking and penalty applications, and a variety of management reporting functions.
